At NSOOJ, our care for your piece does not end at checkout; it begins a new journey — one where we make sure your numbered piece, together with its certificate of authenticity, reaches you exactly as it left the house. This policy explains everything related to shipping and delivering your order within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We currently ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only and do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside the Kingdom and wish to acquire one of the house's pieces, we would be delighted to hear from you at support@nsooj.com so we can notify you as soon as shipping to your country becomes available.
Our shipments are managed through the OTO logistics platform, which assigns each shipment to a licensed carrier within the Kingdom — such as SMSA, Aramex, and others — selecting the most suitable carrier for your city to ensure the best possible delivery experience. The carrier's name and your tracking number will be shared with you as soon as your order ships.
Shipping is free on all orders of SAR 199 or more, and a flat fee of SAR 25 applies to orders below that amount.
Shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order — no hidden charges.
Processing and delivery times vary depending on your city and the carrier; the details are shown at checkout, and you receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Given the nature of our limited, numbered pieces, every piece undergoes a final inspection and is carefully packaged before being handed to the carrier, with its numbered certificate of authenticity enclosed.
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders shipped within the Kingdom, and we may in the future offer card payments (mada, Visa, Mastercard) and Apple Pay through licensed payment providers such as Stripe and Tap Payments. When choosing Cash on Delivery, please have the order amount ready to hand to the carrier's courier upon receipt.
As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking number to follow your shipment with the carrier, and your order status is updated in your account on nsooj.com, from confirmation through to delivery. Your order number, in the format NS-YYMM-…, is your reference in any correspondence with us about the shipment.
Together with our logistics partners, we make every effort to meet delivery timelines. Occasionally, delays beyond our control may occur (peak seasons, weather conditions, or operational circumstances at the carrier). If your shipment exceeds the expected timeframe, contact us at support@nsooj.com or via WhatsApp at +966 59 262 0046 with your order number, and we will follow up with the carrier and keep you informed.
If your shipment is lost in transit, or your piece arrives damaged or in packaging showing signs of tampering, please notify us immediately at support@nsooj.com, including your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the piece where possible. We will open and pursue the claim with the carrier ourselves — you will not be left to mediate the process. Once verified, we will compensate you by reshipping the piece if available, or by issuing a full refund.
Upon receipt, we recommend checking the outer packaging before signing for delivery, then confirming the piece matches your order and that its numbered certificate of authenticity is enclosed. If anything seems amiss, let us know as soon as possible — this helps us resolve matters quickly, and your rights under our Returns & Exchange Policy remain unaffected.
If a shipment cannot be delivered — due to unavailability after delivery attempts, an inaccurate address, or refusal to accept delivery for reasons unrelated to the product's condition — it is returned to us. We will then contact you to reschedule delivery or cancel the order. For prepaid orders, the amount is refunded after deducting any reshipping costs incurred. We always recommend verifying your national address and mobile number in your account before completing your order.
Our e-books require no shipping: they are delivered instantly after purchase to the "Library" in your account on the website, where you read them directly with no file downloads. Printed books, however, are subject to the shipping terms in this policy, just like our fashion pieces.
We are delighted for NSOOJ to be part of your special moments. When placing an order as a gift, you may add a gift message with the giver's name, and we will deliver it with the piece to the recipient's address with the same care — while tracking updates continue to reach you as the order's owner.
