Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your NSOOJ account and personal data at any time, through any of the methods below.

Sign in to your account, then open My Account → My Profile → Delete account and type the confirmation word. Your account is deleted immediately.

Open the menu → Delete account, and confirm ownership of your phone number with a code sent by SMS. Your account is deleted immediately.

Send a deletion request to support@nsooj.com from the email linked to your account, or include your phone number, and we process the request within 30 days at most.

Your personal data (such as name, phone, email, addresses, wishlists, and reviews) is permanently removed.

We retain your order and invoice records in anonymized form, with identifying details removed, for the period required by accounting and tax regulations in the Kingdom. This action cannot be undone.
